You must approve the final design before production. YBYB is not responsible for production errors resulting from approved designs or client-provided materials. Approved designs cannot be modified without starting a new design revision cycle.

By providing designs, logos, and creative materials to YBYB, you represent that:

• You own or have rights to use all design elements
• You have obtained necessary permissions for trademarks and copyrights
• The designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

YBYB disclaims liability for infringement claims arising from client-provided designs.

7. Turnaround and Delivery

7.1 Production Timeline

Estimated production times are provided as guidelines only, not guarantees. Timelines depend on order complexity, quantity, design approval, material availability, and other factors. Expedited production may be available for additional fees.

7.2 Delivery

Orders are typically shipped via selected carrier upon completion. YBYB is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier performance, or loss/damage during transit. Customers may arrange alternative shipping methods at their own cost.

7.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. YBYB recommends purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. Claim responsibility lies with the customer and shipping carrier.

7.4 Delays and Force Majeure

YBYB is not liable for production delays or delivery failures caused by unforeseen circumstances including weather, natural disasters, supplier issues, labor disputes, pandemics, or government actions.

8. Quality and Specifications

8.1 Manufacturing Standards

Products are manufactured to industry standards with food-safe, BPA-free materials. Minor variations in color, finish, and dimensions are normal in custom manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

8.2 Color Accuracy

Colors may vary slightly due to printing technology, material properties, screen display differences, and manufacturing tolerances. We will work with you to achieve colors as close as possible to approved designs.

8.3 Inspection and Acceptance

Customers should inspect orders upon receipt. Claims for defects or non-conformity must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Products accepted and used by customers are final and non-returnable.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Return Policy

Custom branded bottles are made-to-order and non-returnable once production has begun or order has been approved. Returns may be considered only for:

• Manufacturing defects affecting product function
• Quality issues substantially different from approved designs
• Damage during shipping (requires carrier claim)

9.2 Defect Claims

Claims for defects must include photographic evidence and be reported within 7 days of delivery. YBYB will evaluate claims and determine appropriate remedies (replacement, refund, or credit).

9.3 Refund Conditions

Refunds are provided only in cases where YBYB is clearly at fault. Approved refunds are processed within 14-21 business days. Customers bear return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

10. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YBYB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of the governing jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You waive any right to jury trial in any legal proceedings.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. For unresolved disputes, the parties may pursue mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.
