What is the security deposit and why is it required?

We require a security deposit (typically 30-50% of order value) to secure your booking and begin production. This covers material procurement and design work. The deposit is fully applied to your final invoice. It protects both parties and ensures serious commitment to the order.

When is the security deposit refundable?

The security deposit is refundable if we cancel or fail to deliver. It's non-refundable once production begins (after design approval). We're flexible with legitimate concerns—contact us if issues arise before production starts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and credit/debit cards. Payment terms are flexible for enterprise clients (invoicing available for 5,000+ bottle orders).

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Pricing includes design, printing, and quality checks. Additional costs apply only for: delivery (varies by location), rush production, premium finishes, or custom bottle shapes. All extras are clearly quoted upfront.

Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?

Yes! Business tier (1,000+) includes 3 free samples. Enterprise (5,000+) gets 10 free samples. Starter tier can purchase samples at PKR 200/bottle (deducted from bulk order if you proceed).

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the design?

You get unlimited revisions on Business and Enterprise tiers (2 revisions on Starter). We don't start production until you approve the final design. Your satisfaction is guaranteed before any bottles are printed.

Do prices include delivery?

Prices are FOB (Free on Board) our facility in Karachi. Delivery is charged separately based on location and quantity. Karachi: PKR 500-2,000. Other cities: PKR 1,500-5,000. Enterprise orders may qualify for free delivery.

Can I split my order into multiple deliveries?

Yes, on Enterprise tier (5,000+). We offer bulk storage and staggered delivery schedules at no extra cost. Ideal for hotels, chains, or recurring events. Contact us to discuss logistics.
